I would say that being a chef without knowledge of nutrition. So How important it is in culinary industry from now and last forever!.
Cooking is a art, and the chef is an artist. The role of an artist in this industry is not only bringing the best food with a perfect sight, or the unique taste that have never had; But also infuse into gourmets a trust that we are not lying. By the way, we hold knowledge of ingredients steady so that when we are making recipes, we make sure how much nutrients we can provide. Nothing is better than making customers feel satisfied by our care. Hence, we should be ready willing to help them because we know exactly and our customers always believe in us.

From my point of views, the second reason why I am clarified that you have not an capacity to become a chef without noticing of nutritions; Due to the fact that if we underestimate nutritions, first person we are killing is ourselves. Just making a thought whenever we are cooking, we use too much a quantity of oil or cook food with a very high heat. I am pretty sure that nutritions no longer exits in that food, and worse many kinds of diseases are significantly enhanced. Our heart does not allow to do the negative things, or fool the people to make profits.
Moreover, the sudden changes from the body are an evidence of eating wrong way. What must be mentioned is Sugar that I concern the most and ever. I and more than half people around the world love sweets that contains sugar. Indeed, sugar is a factor which have a huge impact of our body. For examples, sugar makes skin age faster, or even a high sugar intake affects to emotions and brains. Eating much sugar is the best and easy way to destroy our body.
Facing of reality, we know that sugar is not good but still overdoing it. Sugar makes me like crazy and irrepressibly appeal. I always struggle my inner to forget eating it. Whenever I tend to eat somethings, I will firstly take a look at nutritions to make sure that I will not take too much. Therefore, I would like to improve my skills, knowledge as well at George Brown College to establish my own recipes. I will travel and experience some years. In next 5-year, I am planing to make my cooking channel, build blog, and write books to share my own.
