Fruit wine

Ingredient:

- any kinds of fruits (banana, orange, grape, kiwi, apple, lemon, lime, strawberry...), slices, and mixed together.

- 500g sugar.

- 100ml vodka men 29,5%.

Method:

Sliced fruits.

Using a big glass jar, and then put sliced fruits into each layer,.

500g sugar will arrange interstitially each fruits layer.

when it finishes, pour out 100g of wine on top.

And waiting for one month.

Beer, and wine which has evolved as part of life never miss in any special events, days, and party. They make people be closer, and bring feeling of well-being. Moreover, in every meal, wine plays an important role to make the flavour of food be more intensify, and eat appetizing.


Moreover, for me, I found something hardly when I drink beer, and wine. It does easily so that I get dizzy, and drunk. Therefore, I would like to share how to make fruits wine, which is suitable for women like me. With the low of acohol level, I can be confident to drink whole.


I have loved fruits wine when I was 12, one my mother's friend invited us to have a meal. She made fruits wine, at that time it was so impressed on me. It's easy, convenient because we do not have to follow in a specific recipe, we absolutely can change to suit with our hobbies. Ingredients can be found in every supermarket.


This is my first time to make fruit wine, after waiting for one month, all of my sugar was dissolved with acid from fruits. They mixed with each other very well. Lightly in alcohol, perfectly in balanced, and especially not too sweet. I need to add some iced whenever I drink so that I can feel more fresh, and healthy because I put a lot of sugar, for one month, my wine was thicker. Therefore, when I add ice, its taste will be better.


I would like to recommend my fruits wine come with steaks, or roasted meat, or food are salty a little bit and dry.
